Freddie Lee Worley, age 55 of Dayton died Thursday afternoon, May 31, 2012 at Skyridge Medical Center in Cleveland. Fred was born on July 23, 1956 in Chicago, IL. He was a graduate of Alamo High School, class of 1975. He was a long time resident of Dayton and had lived in Cleveland the last two years. Fred was a cross country commercial truck driver all of his life and was a member of New Union Baptist Church and the Frazier Fire Department.
Fred is survived by his wife of 34 years, LeeAnn (Fletcher) Worley, two daughters, Lora Lee (Tony) Webb and Anna Lee Worley, grandson, Spencer Lee Webb, granddaughter, Chloe Lee Cooper all of Cleveland, his parents, William and Edna (Petty) Phillips of Alamo, TN, his brother, James (Tammy) Phillips of Brownsville, TN, three sisters, Margie (Mike) Ivester of Davidson, NC, Jeannie (Bill) Buckingham of Charlotte, NC and Lisa (Barry) Ward of Alamo, TN.
Funeral services for Fred will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Danny Ruehling officiating. He will be laid to rest in Spence Cemetery in Dayton.
